VILA CLOSA ROSAT (Garnatxa)

Vila·Closa Rosado

Single-varietal wine made from Grenache. A short skin maceration is carried out at a low temperature, thus obtaining all the necessary colouring matter, without allowing the bitter part of the skin to come off. The must is then bled without pressing and fermented at a controlled temperature.
