The fermentation takes place at a temperature between 16\u00b0C \u2013 18\u00b0C. It stays for about 3 months in a stainless steel tank after this process the wine has to be bottled contemporary.   Description Bright lemon \u2013 colored wine. El Sol\u00e0 d\u2019en Pol Blanc is a very elegant, light, fresh and harmonic wine with a present acidity. Its palette of aromas includes citrus fruits, green apple and pear. This components make it to a perfect summer wine."}
