The name is given by the acronym arising from the names of our daughters,\u00a0<strong>Ai<\/strong>\u00a0tana and\u00a0<strong>B\u00e0<\/strong>\u00a0bara and the date\u00a0<strong>1895<\/strong>\u00a0, in commemoration of our ancestors, who at that time had to deal with\u00a0<strong>phylloxera<\/strong>\u00a0by adopting new methods to advance the vineyard.<\/p>\n<p>The winery is located on the\u00a0<strong>S\u00e8nia<\/strong>\u00a0estate , which is located below our town,\u00a0<strong>Darm\u00f3s<\/strong>\u00a0. From the cellar you can see the village from end to end, getting a postcard photo!<\/p>\n<p>We consider each of our products as a unique and distinctive project, from product development to the design and content of its label. At the same time,\u00a0<strong>we are lovers of the history and culture of our territory<\/strong>\u00a0from all areas (literary, musical, artistic&#8230;). It is for this reason that we also take the opportunity to spread the word by relating each product to some of the elements that characterize or describe it. (\u00a0<em>You can find more information in the description of our products<\/em>\u00a0.)<\/p>\n<p>The S\u00e9nia farm currently has the\u00a0<strong>cellar<\/strong>\u00a0facilities , space where we make the wine from the entry of the grapes, maceration, ageing, preservation&#8230; until the exit to our consumers. On the same farm there is also a\u00a0<strong>vegetable garden<\/strong>\u00a0for family consumption, the location of which varies according to the fallow system. Finally, we also preserve the remains of the old\u00a0<strong>oil mill<\/strong>\u00a0, the well and some remains such as the canals that were used for irrigation or the &#8220;bassets&#8221; where the olives were deposited before being pressed, forming as a whole a magnificent archaeological site<\/p>\n<p>Any of the visits to our winery will be able to enjoy all these spaces.
