Vila·Closa Negro
Our village of Batea still preserves remains of the wall that surrounded it. “Vila Closa”, a surrounded village, has a similarity in this round wine without points. The estates are selected, within the “honeycomb” terrain exclusive to our area, very calcareous and that drains water easily. The age of these vines is between 15 and 30 years. Wine grown in a glass shape, so that all the work carried out is done in an artisanal way. The fermentation of the wine is done at a controlled temperature, and the subsequent maturation, for two or three months, in oak barrels.

TASTING
Dense violet colour, bright and fluid in the glass, it displays a wide aromatic range characterised by aromas of forest fruits with hints of thyme. On the palate, it offers a long, elegant, mineral finish, with forest fruits, balsamic touches and cocoa notes. Soft, fresh and pleasant tannins. Long aftertaste. A wine to enjoy.
